Frank A. DiLallo is employed with the Diocese of Toledo since 1990 and currently is Director of the Office of Child & Youth Protection. As an educator and consultant for over 30 years, Frank has extensive experience in prevention, intervention, and Catholic response to bullying.

Frank earned a B.A. in sociology and Master of Education degree in Guidance & Counseling. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor-CS, and Certified Prevention Specialist-II in the state of Ohio.
Frank is the published co-author of Peace Be With You Christ Centered Bullying Solution and author of Peace2U: Three Phase Bullying Solution. He is a contributing author to numerous books and has produced two audio CD’s—The Peace Project: Meditations for Young Adults, and Make Me an Instrument of Your Peace: Inspiration for Strength, Hope and Healing.
Frank frequently facilitates professional development with educators, specializing in a Catholic response to bullying, as well as parent trainings on creating a successful bridge between home and school. He is a frequent regional, state, and national conference speaker and consults with educators and parents around the country on the topic. As a professional educator, Frank is passionate about promoting peace and compassion in Catholic schools.
To his writing Frank brings the additional perspective of being a husband, proud father of four children, two grandchildren, and practicing Catholic.
